Innovative Training Award – from the Nordwestzeitung newspaper with the project idea “BRING-a-FRIEND programme for trainees
WON: HÜPPE is at the forefront of training and wins first place in the PIA Award for innovative training with its Bring-a-friend programme.
HÜPPE takes first place in the Nordwestzeitung’s PIA competition for innovative training – with the project idea “BRING-a-FRIEND programme for trainees”. The so-called Bring-a-friend programme was developed, in which HÜPPE trainees are given the opportunity to choose their new trainee colleagues. The project strengthens the cohesion and motivation between the trainees and encourages friends and close acquaintances to take up training at HÜPPE.
And there is another advantage: the trainee recruitment programme offers a bonus of 500 euros gross for successful employment. Once the new trainee has successfully completed their four-month probationary period, the sum is split so that both trainees each receive 250 euros.
