We collect and use our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website (this includes the HÜPPE website, the HÜPPE webshop and the HÜPPE product configurator) and our content and services. 3. Deletion of data and duration of storage

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or erased if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

Additionally, we also use the data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. Evaluation of data for marketing purposes does not take place in this regard. XIII. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

1. Description and scope of data processing

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We use IP anonymisation through the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. IP anonymisation means that Google shortens the IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. This excludes the possibility of direct personal identification. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

We use Google Analytics to anonymously evaluate your use of the website in order to analyse the use and activities on the website and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of visitors to the site. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person by the controller.
