Innovation is not an end in itself.
We develop new materials and functions to make your life easier. If this means new standards, so much the better.
At HÜPPE we put a great deal of investment into research and development. It has always been our ambition to find convincing answers to very simple questions. Would it not be more practical if a shower enclosure made of glass hardly ever needed cleaning - because the water simply runs off it? Or if the final chink in the cubicle door almost closed on its own - to stop any water from spraying out?
Such considerations gave rise to the extremely low-maintenance Anti-Plaque quality glass in 1996, for example. Or to the unique chrome decor technology in 2009, and to the patented "Soft Open / Soft Close" mechanism in 2011 - to quote just three of the many HÜPPE milestones.
