Transformation progresses: HÜPPE Group successfully implements brand and portfolio relaunch and wins Julian Henco as new CEO
HÜPPE continues the consistent realignment of the company. With the relaunch of the HÜPPE brand at the beginning of the year, the first foundation stone was laid to sustainably strengthen the company and the brand and to make it more visible and more accessible to the trade, the craft sector and also the end consumer. The brand relaunch included a completely revised corporate design, a sharpening of the brand positioning and the communication strategy as well as a relaunch of all relevant systems and sales presences.
The HÜPPE brand is also supported by a clear corporate strategy and the consistent expansion of the product range to include the entire shower area. Substantial investment in the redesign and automation of the production infrastructure in the current year ensures timely production of incoming orders, further strengthening the company’s position as a reliable partner to the industry.
Another important milestone now follows for HÜPPE with the appointment of Julian Henco as Group CEO. As of 1 July 2023, he will replace Raffael Rogg, who as interim CEO initiated the comprehensive transformation and drove the development of the new strategy.
“With Julian Henco, we are delighted to have an experienced manager on board who not only knows the current challenges of our customers and the industry, but also brings with him the experience and skills for the successful further development of the HÜPPE Group” (Raffael Rogg, Operating Partner AURELIUS). Julian Henco is regarded in the industry as a seasoned and knowledgeable manager with extensive leadership skills and business expertise. He was previously active in management positions at hansgrohe, GROHE, Franke Water Systems and most recently in the role of CEO at fittings manufacturer Kludi.
“I am very much looking forward to the new challenge. As a traditional manufacturer, HÜPPE is one of the central pan-European suppliers of products for the shower area. The measures already implemented further consolidate this position. We have the clear goal of continuing to be the partner of choice for our customers in the future. With a clear corporate strategy and the large-scale revision of the brand positioning, a first important step has been taken. Our task now will be to realise this target image and to strengthen the position of the HÜPPE Group in the market as a reliable partner for the entire shower space” (Julian Henco, CEO HÜPPE Group).
Raffael Rogg, who has also held the role of CEO to date, will assume the role of Chairman of the Advisory Board with immediate effect and thus continue to accompany the transformation and strategic development of the company at international level.
The HÜPPE Group extends a warm welcome to Julian Henco and wishes him a successful start.
